B.O.N.A. Fitness Cancellation Policy


As per the contract on the back of memebrship forms and on our terms and service page, the B.O.N.A. Fitnesss Cancellation policy requires:

-30 day written notice from client.

     a. Fill out paper Cancellation Form at front desk

     b. Send email to time2getfit@bonafitness.com with Name on file and and "Request to cancel" in the body of the email.

*PER CONTRACT we CANNOT terminate memberships based on verbal notices of cancellation (phone or in person)*
